Onah automatically identifies the topic, category (e.g. leave, payroll, sick leave) and urgency of each incoming message.
2. Drafts reply suggestions grounded in verified data
Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Onah generates answers strictly based on your HR documentation and official sources — not on generic AI assumptions or internet guesses.
3. Knows when humans need to step in
Complex or sensitive questions are automatically routed to the right HR professional for validation or handling.
